Kimberley Walters Graphic + Web Designer
Kim was born and raised in Lunenburg County Nova Scotia and started her design career in beautiful Kings County. As a graduate with honours from NSCC Offset Printing course at Kingstec, Kim jumped into the exciting and extremely fast pace newspaper industry with Mailman Publishing, and later Kentville Publishing in the Annapolis Valley and learned the now lost craft of laying out ads and pages by hand. Kim loved the experience and found it to be a great asset when it came time to transition to computer layout.
Due to changes in the industry Kim found her way back to Lunenburg County and enjoyed many years working and designing for the award winning local paper and commercial print division at Lighthouse Publishing and shared in and won many awards and accolades along the way. |
In recent years, Kim has focused more on graphic + web design, branding, logo design, promotional pieces, and social media marketing as well as learning new programs and apps to help clients with their needs.
When Kim isn’t at her computer you will often find her harvesting seeds from various flowers, fruits, nuts and vegetables. She thoroughly enjoys watching and nurturing them from seed to beautiful plant. She also spends as much time possible with her loving husband and two beautiful daughters. Her youngest, Madison, a social butterfly in Sr. high and her oldest, Michelle, a kind-hearted young lady currently in her final year of University, studying for her bachelor degree in Bio-Veterinary Science. As well each year she hosts international students and gives them a loving home and opportunity to better learn English and in turn she learns about different cultures and traditions from each of her students.
Kim looks forward to using her knowledge and experience to help your business and hers grow and blossom together.

And the only way to do great work is to love what you do.”
